All of our assignments are audited to assure your claims are always the most cost effective. We try to flat rate most of our Appraisal Packages to assure in keeping the mileage charge to a minimal.      Lease Turn-Back Inspections. Damage Field pricing available. High Volume discounts. Iowa Auto Appraisers have appraisers at most Mid-West and Houston Area Major Auctions.  

    CPI Flat Rate and Multi-car Discounts available (Auction Sweep). Full Picture package. Multi Estimates (body damage, wear and tear and Comprehensive). Outside Insurance Multi Coverage Estimate Packages. Salvage Bids and TTL Form included.   

   Repairable - This includes ALL pictures (We average 20+ pictures per assignment), Estimate, NADA, full report, obtaining agreed price and alternative parts audit. Desk Audit and Re-Inspection Supplements are billed $25.00  

  Total Loss - This includes the same as above with Condition Report (CCC, ADP or Mitchell with call in.) Salvage Bids, and market value with true ACV.  

 Specialty and all others are T and E billed at $95.00 per hour and this would include all the above applicable to the assignment.  

      We offer the first 50 miles free, all miles over 50 are billable per mile. Two assignments worked in conjunction with each other are billed as flat rate with no mileage charge added for the additional assignment. References and Sample Appraisals are available upon request.
